Due to the number of variables and uncertainties surrounding a project, project management aims to reduce risks while defining, detailing, and establishing clear and objective goals. In this sense, given the significant penetration of mobile communication devices in contemporary society, they can act as facilitators in the management process. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to develop a graphical interface for a project management application, based on users and the guidelines of the Android operating system, and following the fundamentals of the Project Management Process Groups. Thus, based on the principles of UI and UX design, such as usability, visual hierarchy, and information architecture, we created a graphical interface that delivers a good experience, ease of use, and comprehension for the user. As a result, we have created a modern application interface that is consistent with the proposed objective, target audience, and potential competitors, delivering a proposal with a good user experience that differs from other applications with similar functions.
