This study consists of qualitative research that uses experimentation as a strategy to strengthen the link between the content covered in the classroom and educational objectives. The main focus of the study is to analyze the importance of competency-based assessment in the teaching-learning process, through experimental physics activities. The purpose is to identify the competencies developed by students during such activities, highlighting the specific contributions of experimental practices to physics education. This study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how competency-based assessment can be effectively integrated into the context of physics teaching, aiming to improve the quality of the educational process.
